If you contact the studio, the information may include your name, business name, email address, contact details, and the project information you choose to share.

Why it is collected

The information is used only to review the enquiry, reply to you, discuss project scope, and decide whether the project is a fit.

Form handling

Contact form submissions are processed on our own infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered directly to [email protected]. No third-party form relay services are used. If you prefer, you can contact us by email instead.

What not to send

Medical or health records
Payment card details or banking data
Government ID documents
Passwords or access codes
Private data about your customers or patients unless explicitly agreed in a separate project context

Sharing and retention

Enquiry details are not sold. Information is only shared when necessary to run the enquiry workflow or deliver an approved project. Enquiries that do not become projects may be deleted after a reasonable review period.
