Aperitif Bar in Brussels. Practical information, direct contact and enquiries in one click.
The hour before dinner, properly done
We open at five, the ice machine is full, and the kitchen sends out small plates as fast as you can order them. The wine list is short and personally tasted, the spritz is built with proper amaro, and the cured meats come from a butcher we visit ourselves.
Whether you stop in solo for a glass and a book, settle in with friends for a long Friday or book the back banquette for a small celebration, we'll find you a seat and keep the snacks coming.

Our current menu — discover it on-site or reserve in advance.

Built with proper amaro, fresh orange and our own bitter syrup, topped with prosecco and a slice of grapefruit.

Three cured meats from regional producers, two cheeses, country bread, gherkins and a spoonful of fig mostarda.

Six low-intervention wines on rotation each week, all tasted by the team and listed with grower notes.

Three small pours of our shortlisted house vermouths, served chilled with a dish of olives and salted almonds.

Olives, marinated anchovies, soft-boiled quail eggs, paprika almonds and warm focaccia with sea salt.

Reserved corner, three sharing boards, a welcome spritz and the wine list pre-discussed with the table.
« An hour for a glass and a slice of bread — that's enough. »

What Our Clients Say
"The spritz is the best in the neighbourhood and the staff actually know the wines they pour. Always our first stop on a Friday."
"Booked the corner for a friend's promotion. The board was generous, the natural wine was a hit and we left two hours later than planned."
"I come on my own with a book at least twice a week. They never make me feel like I should be ordering more. That's a rare thing."
