A long Levantine table, set for everyone
Hummus is whipped twice a day, the bread is baked in a saj over a flame, and the charcoal grill runs from noon to midnight. Recipes come from three families — one Lebanese, one Syrian, one Palestinian — and we keep the menu honest to all three rather than blending it into something polite.
We seat sixty across two rooms, with a separate area kept for groups of eight or more. Booking is sensible from Thursday to Sunday; takeaway runs all day; and we will set up a sharing menu for any number if you give us a day's notice.

Mezze, grills and slow-cooked dishes
Our current menu — discover it on-site or reserve in advance.

Hummus, mutabal, muhammara, tabbouleh and labneh — served with warm saj bread to tear and dip.

Lamb shish, shish taouk, kafta and one lamb chop, all over charcoal, with sumac onion, parsley and rice or chips.

Lamb shoulder slow-cooked in fermented yogurt sauce, served on rice with toasted almonds and pine nuts — Jordanian-style.

Eight cold and warm plates including baba ghanoush, falafel, fatayer and stuffed vine leaves — generous for two.

Hot flatbread baked to order with za'atar and olive oil, or with akkawi cheese and a drizzle of date syrup.

Six mezze, mixed grill for four, mansaf, baklava and Arabic coffee — for the table or to collect.
« Pull up a chair. The table is always larger than it looks. »
