The pantry of half a continent, on one street
We carry the staples of Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and Japanese kitchens — soy sauces by the type and region, two dozen rice varieties, fresh tofu cut to order and a chiller wall of kimchi made by a small Berlin producer. We restock fresh herbs and Chinese leaf greens twice a week.
It is a proper neighbourhood shop — narrow aisles, a butcher counter at the back for whole duck and pork belly, and a chest freezer full of dumplings. Walk in, ask anything; if we do not stock it, we usually know who does.
Opening Hours
From dry goods to fresh tofu
Sauces, rice, noodles, fresh produce, frozen dumplings and a small selection of cookware.

Light, dark and double-fermented soy from Kikkoman, Lee Kum Kee, Pearl River Bridge and a small artisan brewery in Yamanashi.

Thai jasmine, Japanese short-grain and Korean medium-grain rice — the same brands restaurants use, at retail.

Silken, firm and smoked tofu from a small Vietnamese maker, delivered three times a week — we cut to your weight.

Pork-and-chive jiaozi, prawn shumai, Korean mandu and Japanese gyoza — boil, steam or pan-fry.

Cabbage, radish and cucumber kimchi from a small Berlin producer, plus marinated bean sprouts, spinach and seaweed banchan.

Cantonese-style roast duck from our weekly Friday delivery — order Thursday, collect chilled or hot from 11 a.m.
