We open the kitchen at nine, the espresso machine at half past, and we don't stop until two. Eggs come from a free-range farm thirty minutes away, the sourdough is baked in-house, the pancakes hit the pass at exactly the right moment, and the coffee gets a second pour before you've asked.
Book the inside table for a quiet weekday brunch, the terrace for a long weekend session or the back room for a baby shower or birthday — we keep service relaxed, the music low and the bottomless mimosas honest.

Three small starters, a main of your choice, a sweet plate, fresh juice and unlimited coffee or tea — designed to share.
Two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with smoked salmon or hand-cut ham, finished with a glossy hollandaise we make to order.
Three buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, fresh berries, lightly whipped cream and a scoop of cinnamon butter.
Crushed avocado on charcoal sourdough with a poached egg, sesame, pickled chilli and a wedge of lemon.
Acai or mango base with house granola, fresh fruit, chia, coconut and a drizzle of honey from a Sussex apiary.
Ninety minutes of refilled mimosas with any brunch main — booked in advance only, last orders forty-five minutes before close.
