Hand-pressed patties, no shortcuts
We grind our own beef every morning from a butcher five miles away, the buns are baked in-house and toasted on the flat top, and the chips are hand-cut and double-fried. The smash burger is the order most regulars settle on, the chicken burger is brined for twenty-four hours, and the veggie patty is built around roasted mushrooms — not a frozen disc.
Walk in any time from noon, take a table or grab a booth — there's a craft tap list, milkshakes that take five minutes because we actually make them, and a kids' menu that doesn't insult anyone's intelligence.

Twenty-four-hour buttermilk-brined chicken thigh, deep-fried golden, with slaw, pickles and chipotle mayo.
