Better moves, better questions
I work with twenty regular students between FIDE 800 and 2000, plus a junior squad that meets weekly before tournaments. Lessons mix curated games, position drills and review of your own losses — because that is where the rating points actually hide.
First lesson is always a free thirty-minute meet to look at one of your recent games together. If we are a fit we book a regular slot, if not I will gladly point you to a colleague who suits your level better.

Beginner privates, intermediate coaching, tournament preparation, group classes and online sessions.
Foundations of opening principles, basic tactics and a clean way to think about the board — perfect for school-aged players.
Targeted work on weak openings, structural ideas in the middlegame and a short homework set between sessions.
Opening file built around your repertoire, two model games per week and live analysis of your tournament results.
Small-group classes for under-14s and adult improvers — themed lessons followed by a rated mini-tournament.
Five online sessions over Zoom with a shared board, recorded analysis and homework files in PGN.
Weekly squad practice, four supervised online tournaments and a written progress note for parents at term end.
