One bird, twenty ways, done properly
A chicken-first restaurant run by people who think the bird deserves better than a fast-food bucket. We source free-range, brine for twenty-four hours, and roast on the rotisserie until the skin is crackling and the juices run clear. The fryer is fresh oil every morning.
The dining room is loud, family-friendly and built for sharing — sit-down tables, big platters for the middle, and a kids' menu that doesn't insult anyone. Takeaway and delivery run until ten, with hot bags and a bag of chips that stays crisp.

Half a brined, rotisserie-roasted free-range chicken with skin-on fries, slaw and a sauce of your choice.
Eight pieces of buttermilk-brined fried chicken with two large sides and a choice of dips. Available spicy, plain or honey-glazed.
Two pieces of fried chicken on a Belgian waffle with maple butter and chilli relish. Brunch favourite, all day.
Whole rotisserie chicken, twelve fried wings, two big bowls of fries, slaw, corn on the cob and three sauces. Feeds four hungry people.
Buttermilk-fried thigh, hot sauce, slaw and brioche bun. Comes with fries and a soft drink for €14.
Quarter chicken or two-piece fried with a side and a drink. Served noon to three, weekdays only.
