A quiet bar that takes the glass seriously
An independent cocktail bar with a focused list and the bartender who wrote it on the door most nights. Spirits are real, house syrups are made in the morning, citrus is squeezed to order. We don't do shots or flair — just well-made drinks served at the right temperature.
The room seats forty, with stools at the bar and quiet booths along the back wall. We take bookings for groups of six or more and run a small private back room for parties of up to twenty. Last orders at midnight on weekdays, one on Friday and Saturday.

Negroni, Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, Manhattan, Martini — made by the book with proper measures and quality spirits, no shortcuts.
Three half-measure cocktails matched to a theme of your choice — bitters, citrus or spirit-forward. Comes with a printed card and a glass of water.
Charcuterie boards, marinated olives, croquettes, sourdough toast and a daily warm small plate. Designed to share, not to fill you up.
Hire the back room for groups of up to twenty, with a tailored drinks list, set food menu and dedicated bartender. Minimum spend applies.
Behind-the-bar class for six to ten guests: shake, stir, build three classic cocktails and learn the why behind the technique. Takes home a printed card.
