Baked through the day, never the day before
Our cookies come out of the oven in small trays every forty minutes, not once at six in the morning. Dough is mixed in-house using French butter, Belgian chocolate and Madagascan vanilla — we never use frozen pre-pucks, which is why a warm chocolate-chunk at four in the afternoon tastes the way one should.
We do gift boxes, hampers and bespoke decorated cookies for birthdays, baby showers and corporate handouts. Walk in for one or order ahead for fifty — both get the same care.
