More than a room — a place to land
We house around 220 students each year in a quiet residential street five minutes from the science campus. Bedrooms are unfurnished or fully kitted out, kitchens are shared between four to six residents, and the on-site manager lives in the building. There is a 24-hour study lounge, a small gym, a bike-park and a courtyard garden for the warmer months.
Application opens in February for the following autumn. Bills, contents insurance and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly price; nothing else is added at signing.

Short-term let from June to early September for visiting researchers, summer-school students and parents helping with moves.
Self-contained studio with kitchenette and ensuite on the top floor — limited stock, prioritised for postgraduate residents.
Free yoga, language exchange, a weekly drop-in with a residential mentor and discounted GP appointments next door.
