Every appointment starts with mapping the eye shape and discussing curl, length and density before a single fan is laid. Our techs are trained to the brand standards of the products they use, with refresher training every six months and a private health-form on file for first visits.
We use medical-grade adhesive (no fume) and lashes from suppliers who publish their materials and shedding rates. Aftercare card on the way out, follow-up message at week two and a quick check-up if anything feels off.
