A safe gym to grow brave in
Our 1,400-square-metre gym holds two competition-spec spring floors, a full set of bars, two beams, vault and a deep foam pit, plus a separate parent and toddler area for the youngest gymnasts. Every coach is BGA-licensed, every session is risk-assessed, and the viewing balcony means you can watch without crowding the floor.
Most children come for the recreational class and a few find a competitive path through it. Either way, our job is the same: build strength, body awareness and confidence in a calm, encouraging room where children are listened to.

Songs, soft-play obstacle course and gentle gymnastics with parents on the floor in a small calm group of eight.
Structured class through the BGA Proficiency Awards covering all four apparatus, with badges every term.
Specialist class for confident gymnasts focusing on flips, somersaults and rotations into the foam pit and onto the spring floor.
Two-session-a-week pathway for selected gymnasts, building toward grades and entry-level competitions.
Squad training with full apparatus rotation, conditioning and competition planning, by invitation after assessment.
Booked-out hour in the gym with two coaches and free time on the foam pit, followed by a private party room with food.
