Discipline you can carry off the mat
Our dojo has been part of the neighbourhood for fifteen years. We follow traditional Shotokan, with kihon, kata and kumite at every belt and a grading curriculum recognised by national karate federations. Beginners stay in their own class for the first three months so the basics are properly built before you join the main group.
Sensei Ricci holds a fifth-dan black belt and three of our junior coaches are former national-level competitors. We coach with respect first — discipline and confidence come from the way you treat each other, not from how loud the shouting is.
