We run a single, calibrated diode laser (Soprano Ice — gold standard for skin types I to VI) operated by clinicians who treat between fifteen and twenty patients a day. A patch test plus skin Fitzpatrick reading is mandatory before the first paid session, and energy settings are documented for every visit so you do not lose progress if you switch operator.
Sessions are spaced according to body area (4–6 weeks for face, 8–10 weeks for legs) and we send a friendly reminder if you fall out of cycle. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours; same-day cancellations are charged 50% to protect the booking system.
