We stock around eight hundred references: a deep European wine selection, a wall of single malts from independent bottlers, a serious mezcal and rum shelf, and the local craft beers we drink ourselves. New arrivals get a hand-written shelf-talker, not a marketing card.
The owner is WSET-3 and stubborn about provenance — every bottle in the shop has a known producer, no white-label nonsense. We host a tasting every Thursday evening with the importer or distiller in the room, and we will tell you honestly when a €40 bottle drinks like a €15 one.
