We are a small manufacturer running CNC milling, turning, sheet-metal work and assembly under one roof. We work with engineers, OEMs and product designers from a single prototype through to series of a few thousand parts a year, and we keep the same operator on a job from first cut to packing.
Quotes come back within two working days with material certificate, lead time and a clear part number — no algorithm bidding, no offshoring without telling you. Visit the workshop, talk to the people setting up the machines and see your parts before they leave the dock.
What We Make
Machined parts, sheet-metal assemblies and small-batch contract manufacturing.
1 to 25 parts in aluminium, mild steel, stainless or engineering plastic, with first-article inspection and a basic dimensional report.
Recurring batches of 100 to 5,000 parts with stock kept at our facility and called off as you need them — typically 35 % cheaper than prototype unit price.
Laser cutting, press-brake forming, MIG/TIG welding and powder coating of mild and stainless steel up to 6 mm thick.
Bench assembly, electrical sub-assemblies, pneumatic harnessing and final test against your work instructions.
We take your worn or obsolete part, scan it, redraw to a tolerance you can repeat, and quote a small batch to replace your stock.
Repair and re-grind of jigs, fixtures and small dies — keep your line running while we fix the bit that broke.
