A long table by the sea, every night
Our kitchen leans on what the coast does best: olive oil pressed last autumn, herbs from the kitchen garden, fish landed in the morning and lamb from a farm we've been buying from for ten years. The menu is short on purpose so the cooks can keep an eye on every plate, and most dishes are made to be passed around the table.
We seat sixty inside and twenty more on the terrace under the bougainvillea. Reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday evenings, and we always keep two tables for walk-ins so you can drop by for a glass of rosé and a board of mezze without planning ahead.

Private room for parties of twelve to thirty with set menu, sommelier service and a dedicated waiter for the evening.
