The art of eight limbs, taught straight
Our head coach trained out of Sitsongpeenong in Bangkok and corner-cuts in Lumpinee five times a year. The gym runs the traditional Thai padwork system — clinch on Tuesdays, sparring on Thursdays, fundamentals every morning — and we treat the ram muay and the wai khru with the same respect we treat the kicks.
Most of our members will never fight, and that is fine. The same drills sharpen your strikes whether you are aiming for a six-pack or for an interclub on the south coast. Beginners get two weeks of basics-only before joining the technical class.
Opening Hours
Train Like A Nak Muay
Group classes, private padwork, women's-only sessions and a free trial for newcomers.

Unlimited access to every class on the schedule, including Saturday open gym and the monthly fight-team sparring.

Use within three months across any class — perfect for shift workers or members who train a couple of times a week.

Eight sessions over four weeks — stance, kicks, knees, elbows and clinch basics. Loan gloves and shins included.

One-to-one Thai pad session with a head coach — ideal before a fight, before a holiday, or to drill what is not clicking.

Tuesday evening women-only session, mixed-level, with a female head coach. No watered-down technique.

Try a fundamentals class with loan gear — coach assesses your level and shows you the right starting point.

"The padwork here matches what I have done in Phuket. The coaches actually correct your shape between rounds, not just count for you."
