Pianos move differently
Every job starts with a free phone survey: model, weight, stairs, doorways, parking. We send a written quote with the route plan, the crew size and the cover insurance attached so there are no surprises on moving day.
Our team has moved everything from upright family pianos to nine-foot concert grands. Skid boards, climate-control blankets and a hydraulic tail-lift truck come standard — no instrument is laid on its back unless physics absolutely demands it.
From Upright To Concert Grand
Local moves, long-distance transport and tuning-friendly delivery for every kind of piano.
Two-person move within a 30-mile radius, including skid board, blankets and full goods-in-transit insurance.
Four-person crew with leg removal, lid wrap and reassembly at destination. Up to 30 miles.
Climate-controlled truck with air-ride suspension. Insured beyond 30 miles, single instrument or full studio.
Specialist staircase work or external crane lift for upper-floor flats. Includes site survey and permit handling.
Humidity- and temperature-stable warehouse, fully insured, accessible by appointment with 48 hours' notice.
Optional tuning by an in-house technician once the instrument has settled — usually two weeks after the move.
