A privately-owned developer with a track record across the region, we handle every stage in-house — land, planning, design, construction supervision and after-sales. Most of our schemes are between twelve and sixty units, in places where people work and want to put down roots, not investor-only towers on the edge of town.
Owner-occupiers, first-time buyers and downsizers each get a single named contact from reservation to keys, and a ten-year structural warranty on every home. We are happier turning down a site than building something we would not recommend to family.
