We let around 220 properties across the area: studios, family homes, two coffee shops and a printer's workshop. Every viewing is hosted in person, every applicant referenced through Experian and a previous landlord, and every tenancy starts with a video inventory you can both sign in front of. Our office is staffed Monday to Saturday, with an out-of-hours number for emergencies.
We can do it as fully managed — we handle gas safety, repairs, deposit return and the awkward conversations — or as let-only if you want the keys yourself. Either way, you get one named property manager you can email by first name.
