We are an independent habitation specialist with a covered five-bay workshop tall enough to take A-class motorhomes and overcabs without scraping the skylights. Every technician on the team holds NCC habitation qualifications and has lived a season on the road themselves — which makes a real difference when you are explaining a fault that only happens at altitude.
Bookings include a written habitation report, photos of any damp readings and a frank conversation about what we would and would not fix on a vehicle of your age. We do not sell what your motorhome does not need, and we will tell you honestly if a job is better off at the dealer.

Habitation, Sealing & Safety
Annual habitation checks, damp tracing, gas certification and pre-purchase inspections — booked online or by phone.
Full damp survey, gas pressure check, 12V/240V test, water system flush and a 30-point report you can keep on file.
Targeted diagnostic for a specific fault you have noticed — pump, fridge, heating or persistent damp — quoted before we touch anything.
Strip and reseal of skylights, awning rails and roof seams with self-levelling sealant, plus a follow-up hose test.
Removal of old awning, repair of any track damage and fitting of your new awning with electric or manual extension.
Side and corner panel replacement, GRP repair and damp reinstatement after structural water ingress. Insurance work undertaken.
Independent inspection of a motorhome before you commit — written report and photos that we will discuss with you the same day.
