Where the love of the sport starts
Eighteen coaches, six age groups, four training pitches and one principle: kids and adults learn fastest when they're having fun and the group is the right size. Beginners get the same coaching attention as the squad players, and parents see a written progress report at the end of every term.
All our coaches are qualified to national governing-body standards and DBS-checked. We run weekly group sessions, holiday camps and a competitive squad pathway for those who catch the bug — without the pushy parent culture you get elsewhere.
Opening Hours
From First Touch To First Tournament
Six programmes for ages four to adult, beginner to competitive.
Playful introduction to the sport: balance, coordination and listening skills, with parents welcome to watch from the sidelines.
Twelve-week structured term with progressive technique drills, friendly games at week six and a written assessment at the end.
Twice-a-week training with strength and conditioning, video review and entry to local league fixtures on weekends.
Coached weekly drop-in for adults coming back to the sport or starting fresh. No fixed term, pay-as-you-train.
Full-day school holiday camp with three coaches, lunch and a tournament on Friday afternoon. Parents collect tired and happy.
Targeted technical session with a senior coach. Filmed for review, with a written follow-up plan you can use at home.
