From Anatolia to your table
The mangal grill never stops: lamb adana, chicken şiş, lamb ribs basted in butter and Urfa pepper. Meze are made each morning — haydari, ezme, muhammara, beetroot with yoghurt — and the bread comes from the stone oven in the corner.
We host families on weekends, work lunches on Tuesdays and groups for ocakbaşı dinners around the open grill. Reservations strongly recommended for Friday and Saturday evenings.

Our current menu — discover it on-site or reserve in advance.

Haydari, ezme, muhammara and patlıcan salata served with warm lavash from our stone oven.

Hand-minced lamb seasoned with red pepper, charcoal-grilled on the mangal and served with bulgur, sumac onions and grilled tomato.

Cubes of lamb leg marinated overnight in olive oil, garlic and oregano, grilled rare-medium on the mangal.

Boat-shaped flatbread baked to order — try the lamb and onion, sucuk and egg, or spinach and feta.

Adana, chicken şiş, lamb chops and köfte from the mangal, served with bulgur, salad and our flatbread.

Set menu around the open grill: meze, mixed grill, baklava and a glass of Turkish red, served at the chef's counter.

"Booked the chef's counter for fifteen. We watched the grill, ate ourselves silly and the bill was lower than expected."
"Came in alone for a quick bite, ended up staying two hours. The team treated me like I'd been coming for years."
