Vegetables, treated like the main event
Our menu is built around what arrives on Tuesday from a handful of local growers. We ferment our own miso, smoke our tofu in-house and grind cashews for cheeses from scratch — no shortcuts, no plastic-wrapped substitutes.
We're vegan but we cook for everyone, and most weeknights you'll see a mix of long-time regulars, curious omnivores and small-plate solo diners. Reservations recommended for Friday and Saturday evenings.

From the market each week
Our current menu — discover it on-site or reserve in advance.

Five seasonal courses built around what landed on Tuesday — fermented, charred, raw and roasted, with optional drinks pairing.

A short list of vegetable starters that change weekly — think roasted kohlrabi with miso, beetroot tartare, or charred peach with stracciatella.

Aged koji-grain risotto with house-foraged mushrooms, smoked oil and a sprinkle of toasted hazelnut.

Slow-roast celeriac with red wine gravy, duck-fat-style roasties, charred greens and a Yorkshire pudding that actually rises.

Five matched pours with the tasting menu — natural wines, kombucha, low-alcohol cocktails or all three.

A long table of mezze, two mains, two desserts and our house bread, served family-style around the table.
