Terms and Scope

This page sets expectations before a project starts. Final commercial terms should always be confirmed in writing for each project.

Standard managed website: a free preview, then €200 once when you approve activation, plus €20/month or €200/year for ongoing care. Domain, hosting, maintenance and everyday updates by email are included while the plan is active.

What the standard price covers

We adapt an existing design to your business, prepare a preview, review it and publish after your approval. Ongoing care includes domain management, hosting, maintenance and everyday changes to hours, prices, services, photos, text and contact links. You do not need to maintain a site editor.

Work quoted separately, before it starts

A full redesign or a new creative direction
Custom applications, e-commerce projects and booking systems
Third-party premium software subscriptions and specialist integrations
Photography production or substantial migration projects

Client responsibilities

To keep delivery on schedule, clients are expected to provide the necessary content, logos, images, brand preferences, approvals, and business information on time.

Launch timing

We aim to prepare the preview within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief. This is a preview target, not a guaranteed launch date. Publication follows your approval and any required domain setup; we confirm timing if content, access or a custom feature is still missing. Search rankings and enquiry volumes are not guaranteed.

Domain and cancellation

You can cancel the managed plan. The managed site goes offline when the service ends; the domain remains transferable. If you already own a domain, we connect it rather than requiring a new one. Transfer arrangements and any custom deliverables are confirmed in writing for your project.
