Terms and Scope
This page sets expectations before a project starts. Final commercial terms should always be confirmed in writing for each project.
Short version: pricing on the website is a starting range, not a fixed promise for every scope.
Starting prices
Published prices are planning ranges for standard projects with client-ready content and normal launch complexity. Final pricing depends on pages, languages, integrations, revisions, and support requirements.
What is usually billed separately
- Domain and hosting costs
- Premium booking or software subscriptions
- Copywriting, photography, or content migration
- Extra revision rounds beyond the agreed scope
- Ongoing maintenance, support, or growth work
Client responsibilities
To keep delivery on schedule, clients are expected to provide the necessary content, logos, images, brand preferences, approvals, and business information on time.
Launch timing
Any launch timeline depends on content readiness, approval speed, and technical complexity. No launch promise should be treated as guaranteed until the scope is approved.
Ownership
Ownership, asset transfer, hosting access, and any ongoing support arrangement should be written into the approved project scope.
